It’s treat yourself Tuesday!

As I mentioned yesterday, I’m heading to Punta Cana for a long weekend later this week. I could not BE anymore excited—bonus points if you catch the reference—and used the vacation as an excuse to shop a little bit.

I wanted to pick up a few dresses for dinner at night—the gals I’m going with and I love a good sit down meal, and I know we won’t skimp when it comes to food on this trip. Since the average temperature in Punta Cana this time of year is 82 degrees, I love this off-the-shoulder tassel dress—I bought white, this chambray off-the-shoulder shirtdress, and this tie-sleeve off-the-shoulder top paired with white jeans.

Any of those ensembles would look great with these lace-up espadrilles or these lace-up heeled sandals.

For swimsuits, I am a big fan of black ones—go figure. Love this ruffle off-the-shoulder one piece and this wrap bikini. I burn very easily, so being even closer to the equator, I plan to lather up the sunscreen pretty much every five minutes. The nice people over at Coola sent me samples of their product, so I’m excited to give it a whirl on this trip. I’ll let you know how I like it!

Of course, no trip to the beach is complete without a stylish beach bag to lug all your stuff and cheap sunglasses you won’t care about if you don’t come home with them.
