Anyone else struggle with deciding on a realistic New Year’s Resolution, and then still have trouble actually following-through?
I figured I wasn’t the only one. Enter: Gramr Gratitude Co.
This year instead of promising to swear off Diet Mountain Dew or shop less—because that second one is especially laughable—I’m resolving to write one thank-you note a week.
And you know what? I think I can actually do it because Gramr makes it so easy.
By signing up for their subscription service—only $15/month y’all!—you’ll receive everything you need to accomplish this resolution: four beautiful Gramr cards, four envelopes, and four stamps, all right to your doorstep, meaning you really have no excuses—especially with the coupon code at the bottom of this post!

If you’ve been reading A Touch of Teal for a while, it’s no surprise to you that I’m teaming up with Gramr for my New Year’s Resolution—their cards have beautiful typography, stellar design, and are printed on high-quality paper that makes my heart happy. (It’s sappy, but it’s true—there’s a reason I have a whole drawer full of stationery.)
But even if you’re not usually a thank you card affectionado, I still challenge you to write one thank you card a week in 2015, and see how gratitude changes everything.
No seriously—research shows that gratitude fosters happiness and meaningful connections in a way that nothing else can.

The person I write the most is my Grandma. A child of the 20s, email is a foreign concept to her. But I am glad our communication is not electronic; it will live on much longer than an email will.
Whether it’s a thank-you note for a birthday present or a thank-you note for a card she sent me, because my language of love is giving, sending her pieces of snail mail about my job, friends, travels, and even the minutia of the everyday brings me great joy.
But I am excited to see in 2015 how even more hand-written gratitude positively affects my life.

My to-thank list, included in a four-pack of cards, includes not only my Grandma, but Sharon, the lady who hands me my Washington Post Express every morning before work regardless of the weather, Lynn, the concierge in my building who always greets me with a smile and sends me off for the day with a wave, and my best friend Molly, who bought me a beautiful ‘A Touch of Teal’ custom notepad for Christmas.
To re-write Love Actually a bit, gratitude really is all around us.

Be sure to check back tomorrow to see even more of these beautiful Gramrs, but more importantly, their amazing white and teal wax seals. I’ll be sharing my tips and tricks for perfecting the wax seal, but I have a feeling if you’re writing a thank-you card a week, you too will be an expert in no-time.

Thank you to Gramr Gratitude Co. for sponsoring this post. To get a head start and join me on this 2015 New Year’s Resolution to write one thank-you card a week, be sure to use the code cb50 for 50% off your first month of a subscription.

Thanks Nicole! I think so too. You should snag some for yourself!
I actually started writing thank you notes to the people in my life a couple months ago and the response I received was unexpected! I hadn’t realized the power a little note can have, even if it’s just to tell somebody their smile had helped start off my day well!
That is such a good idea to to it in the morning! Really keeps things in perspective.
I already love this company! Everything they have is beautiful!!!
