Ever since I started working nearly a year ago, I’ve always kept a running “lust list” of things I want to buy eventually, but can’t go out and buy myself all at once when I receive my paycheck. Everything on my lust list is simply that—things I am lusting after, but don’t really need. I love handwriting lists, so anytime I come across something I want, but need to save up for, I write it down. When I feel like treating myself, I refer back to the list so that I know I’m not just spending on impulse, but instead buying something I actually want.

Love all these items, I might just have to copy you and all of these to my wish list as well! I do the exact same thing, I try to keep a running of list of what I am loving. And then I try to avoid any sporadic shopping and save up a bit more for a piece I am really dying to have.
I have that Mimosa Dipyque candle in the mini version, I love it! The scent is fabulous, and even though it may seem small I have had the candle for more than a year now and it is still going strong!
Thanks for the tip about the Diptyque mini candle! I have been wondering about those – might just have to go for it!
