It’s. Almost. The. Weekend. #praisehands

Does anyone else feel like this week has been dragging a bit? Compared to the break-neck pace of work the past few months, this week, although a normal workload, seemed—dare I say it—slow. Even my weekly Tuesday call to discuss my capstone project for grad school with my advisor was less stressful than normal. While I’m usually furiously taking notes on his comments and suggestions, this week, there were only a few minor pieces of constructive criticism and a lot of “this looks great!”

Don’t get me wrong, I’m enjoying the much-welcome change of pace, but let’s call a spade a spade: I’m ready for the weekend—especially since I’m going to Charlottesville for my LAST young alumni reunions during Homecomings weekend. I guess next year I’ll be a regular ol’ alum. #tears
