Happy Monday, y’all! Who’s excited for Friday and another round of girls’ night? (Only four more days, but who’s counting!)
This past weekend, my bff M, my awesome roommate J, and I skipped a rowdy Friday night in the city, and instead opted to cook a meal in and enjoy a bottle of bubbly. Although we spent nearly every Friday and Saturday night out at bars as recent college grads, now that we’re a few years older and have more demands on us at work and school—we are all Hoyas together!—we love staying in for a good girls’ night.
Since graduating college, I’ve developed a passion for hosting my friends for nights in like the one M, J, and I shared on Friday, but still struggle with pulling everything together with such little free time.
Enter: Fountain Greeting’s ‘But First, Champagne’ box.
Now, I’ll be honest with y’all—I cheated a bit. You see, Fountain Greetings is basically a concierge for beautiful handwritten cards and curated + themed gift boxes.
You can pick the perfect gift or card for the loved one in your life you want to celebrate or send warm wishes to, and Fountain takes care of the rest. You select the gift or card, type your message, and then you’re done—Fountain handwrites your message, packages it up beautifully, and sends it to your chosen recipient. Talk about easy! Not to mention, in today’s busy world, it’s nice to have a service that still honors the value of a handwritten note and takes the time to carefully curate gift boxes for all kinds of passions—travel, tea, interior design, and my personal favorite, champagne ;]!
Or if you’re like me, you can use one of Fountain’s stellar sets to make your life a little bit easier—in my case, grabbing all the perfect supplies for a girls’ night without stepping foot in a store.
At my girls’ nights, we usually pop in a DVD we’ve all seen a million times—like 27 Dresses, Because I Said So, or Sweet Home Alabama. We start out with the best of intentions to watch the entire thing, but by about minute marker 10, we’re chatting away and sipping on the aforementioned champs.
By minute marker 45, we’re in need of some sugar. All my best gals share my sweet tooth, and we love the champagne gummy bears—you read that right, CHAMPAGNE. GUMMY. BEARS.—and champagne truffles in this box.
And by around minute marker 120—usually when the chick flick of the night’s credits are rolling—we’re slap happy and ready to celebrate life. We’re not one to say no to confetti poppers. We haven’t tried the super cute star sparklers yet, but I’d say it’s only a matter of time…cheers! x
Thanks to Fountain Greetings for gifting me a But First, Champagne box for this post. As always, all opinions are my own—thanks for supporting the brands that keep A Touch of Teal’s doors open!
What a fun box! And a perfect excuse to split a box of champagne gummies in one sitting 🙂
Those sparklers are so cute! A night in with a good movie and wine is always my preferred method of spending the weekends.
Those champagne flutes are so beautiful!! I’m impressed that you held off on those truffles long enough to get these lovely photos – if it were me, I’d be diving in head first. I must have the same sweet tooth!
Those gummy bears are too cute. What a fun girls’ night!!
