dinner club @jackierestaurant tonight 🥂 almost three years ago, me and two friends from college got together for dinner and had so much fun, we made plans to do it again the following month—and we haven’t missed a month since! we typically go to fun, splurge-y restaurants and share everything family style. it’s been such a great way to try new restaurants and is such a highlight of my month, every month 💙

🚨VERY IMPORTANT PSA FOR MY FELLOW DC AREA SHOE LOVERS: @sarahflint_nyc has an amazing pop-up shop in Georgetown located right on Wisconsin Avenue and you need to run, not walk, there ASAP—in your favorite Sarah Flint shoes, of course! I was invited in to check out the pop up last week and honestly, my first question was, “when can I move in?” The decor is absolutely stunning—a lovely complement to Sarah Flint’s beautiful shoes. Handcrafted in Italy and designed in NYC, at the pop up, you can try on different Sarah Flint styles in sizes 34-43 and opt to ship them to your house for free, if you prefer, so you can continue your day sans shopping bags. It was super helpful to be able to compare sizes and styles, something I love to do when shopping for an investment piece like a pair of Sarah Flint shoes—you want to make sure you love what you’re leaving with! Sarah Flint invited me into the pop-up and in exchange for social coverage, gifted me a free pair of shoes—I chose the Natalie in sand and can’t wait for them to arrive. Thanks to the @sarahflint_nyc team for inviting me in 💙

full stomach, full heart 💙 such a great weekend with my best friend @elaward in town from nyc! yesterday, we took a day trip out to Middleburg and had the best time antiquing before dinner at @redfoxinntavern! this was one of the best meals of my life—it was four courses of delicious food and amazing hospitality. highly recommend if you’re looking for the perfect day trip from the dc area! 🦊 + ps! this dress is one of my favorite @tuckernuck buys and it comes in a bunch of patterns and colors. such a great transitional piece for this time of year! shop it here: http://liketk.it/3o2PX

soaking up the last few days of summer on my walk tonight ☀️ last month, I shared on Stories that I finally hopped on the Apple Watch train—I am so glad I did! I was really worried that the notifications would be distracting or would put too much pressure on myself to “close my rings,” but I’ve found neither of those concerns to come to fruition. I love using it to track my walks and find it motivates me to push myself a little harder at OTF and Soul Cycle. I got the SE and it fits all of my needs—wanted to share in case anyone else is on the fence but considering one!
