It’s not even Thanksgiving yet and my December calendar is already filled up with so many parties and festive dinners with friends — I can’t wait! Whenever someone is throwing a holiday party, I hate to show up empty handed, especially knowing how much work hosting can be. While you can never go wrong with a bottle of wine, I’ve rounded up a few other cute hostess gift ideas for this time of year if you’re looking for something small to gift.
Veuve Clicquot Brut Rosé — a more expensive — and delicious — bottle of bubbly would make for a great hostess gift, especially if you’re close with the recipient and know this is something they’d enjoy drinking, but maybe never buy themselves.
Williams Sonoma Bellini Mix — every Christmas morning, my family does bellinis, so I love the idea of gifting a long a high-end bottle of bellini mix. Pair with a bottle of bubbly if you want!
Brightland Olive Oil — much like a bottle of wine, you can never go wrong with a nice bottle of olive oil. Brightland is one of my favorites and I love supporting a small business.
Christmas Tree Glasses — I love these Spode Christmas Tree Highball Glasses, and think they would make for such a great hostess gift. My friend Monica gave me some years ago and I use them throughout the season!
Holy Family Ornament Set — I bought these ornaments last year — they are absolutely stunning and are such good quality.
Skier Coasters — these coasters are super cute, and would be perfect on a coffee table all winter long. My friend Eileen gave me coasters as a hostess gift, and I still use them every day!
Holiday Tea Towel — Rifle Paper Co. has so many cute tea towels this year — you could gift alone or use it as “gift wrap” for a bottle of wine.
Monogrammed Notepad — a personalized gift is always a nice touch, and I love how fun and colorful these monogrammed notepads are.
Classic Santa Mug— it’s hard to beat a classic Santa mug; these just make me think of childhood in the best way. A pair or set of four of these would be an easy, affordable hostess gift.
Christmas Simmering Potpourri Kit — this is the cutest little kit you could gift — it has potpourri that you can simmer on the stove. It makes your whole house smell wonderful.
Thymes Fraiser Fir Candle — this candle truly smells like a Christmas tree; it is amazing. It comes in many sizes and vessels, giving you flexibility over price point.
Wicker Weave Cheese Spreader — pair this cheese spreader with a few of your favorite cheeses.
Snowman Face Hot Chocolate Bomb — the cutest — and very festive — hot chocolate bomb!
