There’s snow in the forecast here in the DC area, but let me tell you, I’ve got spring on the brain! Last week, there were a couple of warm days in a row, so I was able to ditch the parka and sweater tights long enough to snap some pictures of this gorgeous Shop the Mint Break the Mold Dress the boutique was kind enough to send my way.
This ruffle sleeve seersucker number is one of my favorite finds in a while, and at only $42, it’s a steal. I’m looking forward to wearing it at grad parties, bachelorette parties, and weekend brunches alike. The sleeves are so fun and I love the unique detailing around the neckline. Though it’s not lined, the fabric is thick enough you won’t need a slip. If you’re looking for spring dresses while you’re stuck inside this snow day, I seriously can’t recommend The Mint Julep Boutique enough!
Let me also just say, I am so thankful that there were a few warm days on the forecast last week as my initial plan was to shoot this look with my sister in Charlottesville. While the scenery might have been a tad better, it was 40 degrees at most this weekend, and let’s just say, after one chilly shoot this month, I wasn’t exactly game enough to freeze again!
